Specific Policies for:
Mountain View Shuttle LLC

• Payments accepted: Cash, Check, Credit Cards.
• Airport reservations are preferred to be made at least 24 hours in advance with a credit card.
• Cancellations made before 12 hours of flight time will not be charged to your credit card.
• Cancellations or no shows made after that time will be charged full price.
• A 20% gratuity for the driver is suggested.
• Not responsible for any items left or damaged in its vehicles.
• Not liable for circumstances beyond control – including weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
• Mountain View Shuttle LLC carries all licenses and permits.
• All commercial accounts are subject to approval.
• All accounts must be paid upon receipt of service.
• “Wait” fees will be charged $30.00/hour or $7.50/15 minutes.
• “Late Hour” fees will be charged and additional flat fee of $25.00/hour between the hours of 12am – 4am.
• Bounced checks disclaimer: Return check fee is $125
